All our products are sold in new condition. No return. No refund. Exchange only if available.
Only unused, undamaged and unopened items can be exchanged.
For all special orders, no return, no refund, no exchange.
We do not have refund policy. Store credit will be issued, if need.
For pre-owned/2nd-hand item, we do not accept online order and you have to come to our store and purchase it.
In the case of a defective item, you must contact the manufacturer directly about warranty.
Due to the nature of electronic/mechanical products such as radios, motors, batteries, nitro engines and etc., all sales are final and no returns.
We are not responible for loss or damage in shipping, you will have to contact the shipper for those issues.
Your shipment ends up being sent back to us for any reason and you want it shipped back to you, you have to pay the shipping & handling fee again.
In case of a return, 30% restocking charge will be applied and must be new condition in original package.
All Paypal/credit card payment sustain a transaction fee (4% of the total).
For defective items, you must contact us for authorization before return.
