Applicable Taxes:
1. All orders being shipped within Ontario, including shipping fees, are subject to both 6% GST and 8% PST. 2. All orders being shipped outside Ontario but within Canada, including shipping fees, are subject to 6% GST. 3. There is no tax charged by us on orders being shipped out of Canada.

All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Unless specified, all car bodies are not included in kits and are sold unpainted.
Item Price:
1. Because of frequent manufacturer's price change, all prices listed are subject to change without notice. However, we will try our best to keep our price competitive.
2. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, ADVANCE HOBBIES, INC. shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, ADVANCE HOBBIES, INC. shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping cost:
The shipping fee in our shopping cart is based on the dimensional weight of one single item. The fee may be inaccurate when ordering variety items or two and more items. In this case, the total shipping fee will be re-calculated manually and we shall contact you to pay the difference before ship out.
Stock:
We try our best to ensure the accuracy of stock on our shopping system. However, due to the frequent change of stock, the actual quantity of the product cannot be guaranteed.
Terms of Delivery:
1. Goods would be packed in good condition.
2. Goods are delivered by Canada Post/Purolator delivery service or UPS/FedEx delivery service.
3. All freight and insurance fees will be paid by the customer.
4. In the case of lost shipment, please provide the proof of purchase and report to us immediately.
5. Time in transit is not guaranteed by the Canada Post Office. Air shipment time in transit is guaranteed by the shipper. However, most carriers are closed for national holidays and not held responsible for delays dues to weather conditions or natural disasters.
Customs Duties:
1. Customs Duties vary from countries to countries. Please contact your local Customs Department for more information.
2. It is your responsibility to pay Customs duties when the goods being delivered to you.
Warranty and Liability:
All goods are sold in good condition and there is no warranty from us. As the proper use of our products cannot be observed by us, we accept no liability for all damages of any kind caused through the use of our products. Regarding the warranty of the products, please contact their manufacturers' customer service directly.
Refund/Return:
All products sold & shipped in good condition are no return & refund at any situation.
